Nielsen Kills Moonlight Too
"Dear The Powers That Be at CBS:
Once again, you got me sucked into a drama and reward me by YANKING it off the air! Gee, didn’t you try the same approach with “Jericho”? I thought I learned my lesson after that stunt, but I guess I’m a slow learner. Forget it! You can put the best drama on next season, with the best actors and actresses, and I am NOT going to watch it. Because I know that as soon as I get involved, work my schedule around watching it, find the episodes engaging – then – it’ll get the axe."
“In the weeks leading up to this prelude to the upfront advertising marketplace, the Media Rating Council quietly met, reviewed a crucial audit of Nielsen’s so-called C3 ratings system, and opted to withhold accreditation for what will be the currency for billions of dollars in TV advertising buys.”
Confused? Allow us to explain. You know those upfront presentations all the networks are hosting to solicit ad buys for the upcoming television season? Those billion dollar deals are based on Nielsen data that hasn’t passed muster for the second year in a row.
And then it gets worse."
I am so tired of people not understanding that Jericho fans, as well as fans of many cancelled shows, do and did show up to watch on TV but it's Nielsen Ratings that refuse to count us. The networks allow this to happen and they have to know not all of us are being counted. We will lose many more great shows until Nielsen is removed from their death grip on the networks.
"CBS execs aren't using those words, of course: They love their online fans! But they're done listening to them.
This spring CBS paid attention to a noisy group of Webheads who demanded the return of "Jericho", a show that real world viewers didn't care for but which supposedly had a huge online fan base. The problem -- after CBS revived the show, the online fans didn't show up to watch the show on TV."

Nutting Nielsen
Let me begin by thanking everyone for all the supportive emails.
Secondly, I seem to have confused some people by what my comment about leaving the fandom meant. Originally, I meant I would discontinue blogging about Jericho and that is partially true.
The main thing I meant is that I will no longer be affiliated with any particular group or message board or forum. I am going it alone. I will continue to post about Nuts To Nielsen but that is the only Jericho campaign I will blog. JM will continue to follow Nielsen ratings and will now be doing extensive coverage of Supernatural on CW.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Thanks NorsU.
"This is the Florida Vendor - hold off to Monday after 10:00 AM - They are setting up website to reflect better shipping terms - We then have a week to fill nut orders."
For West Coast Nuts- go here.
"The "Jericho" fandom may be an irritant to CBS Par execs, but at a time when even TV's top shows are taking double-digit ratings hits, it's heartening to see that TV, even canceled TV, can still stir up such passion in viewers who adopt shows as their own."

Vacation and Renovation
JerichoMonster will be on vacation while I take care of some real life responsibilities. I will also be making changes to the blog.
JerichoMonster will return as soon as possible but will no longer be a part of the Jericho fandom.
Thank you.
NAILS IN THE FENCE
"There once was a little boy who had a bad temper. His Father gave him
a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must
hammer a nail into the back of the fence. The first day the boy had
driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks, as he learned
to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually
dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to
drive those nails into the fence.
Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He
told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out
one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.
The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father
that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led
him to the fence. He said, "You have done well, my son, but look at the
holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say
things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put
a knife in a man and draw it out. It won't matter how many times you
say I'm sorry, the wound is still there."
A verbal wound is as bad as a physical one. Friends are very rare
jewels, indeed! They make you smile and encourage you to succeed. They
lend an ear, they share words of praise and they always want to open
their hearts to us."

The Jericho Effect: A Twist
Here's a new twist for copying the Nuts campaign. Kind of cute.
"But letters aren't enough. We need a gimmick to go with the campaign. When fans of the TV show Jericho wanted it to return they sent CBS peanuts. Lots of peanuts. Tons of peanuts. Literally. So if Stadium Club is about photography, let's let Topps know about who we are - with photographs. With my letter to Topps campaigning for Stadium Club's return to baseball, I'm going to include a photograph. I don't know what it will be but a picture will be part of my package and so should yours."
Here's where to send your letters:
The Topps Company Inc.
One Whitehall Street, New York
New York 10004-2109
Ranger Central
Great links and information.
"Jericho season 3 could still rise from the ashes! CBS may have cancelled Jericho for the second time at the end of the 7 episode long season 2, but that doesn’t mean to say that no other networks or distribution deals can be done!
There are various potential Jericho season 3 deals to be made as IGN recently reported, let’s hope that one of these actually works out!"

Jericho: Calling International Fans
International fans, Zajo needs your help.
"Anyone that's able to be a liaison for their country (someone that's willing to pass on the information we have here to their fansite and vice versa) would be just fantastic.
Trying to gather and organize international fans like this is a big task and the more help we can get, the better."
Zajo is looking for international fans to answer these questions:
1. In what countries is Jericho broadcast?
2. Do you know any other language than English? If yes, what?
3. Have you come across any information about a fansite/forum that's not American? If yes, where and what country?
4. If we find a country that airs Jericho and you know their language, would you be willing to translate information to (if we are lucky and find one) their forum/fansite? If not a fansite then maybe willing to send emails regarding our efforts to their media?
5. If you have any additional idea/tips to give in how we can reach out to other countries, please let us know.
Please go here to participate and answer the questions. Thank you.
"There are state side fans willing to accept international fans letters via email and mail them for them, saving them the cost of international postage."

And, remember, the Nuts To Nielsen campaign may include everyone. It's not just for Jericho fans. Your show could be canceled next.

Jericho: Forum Updates
Amy at RemoteAccess has a wonderful interview with NorsU today. It's nice to learn more about who he is in his personal life. I know it's easy to focus on a screen name and forget a real person is behind it.
Amy says, "It’s been a really interesting ride, and I think that, no matter what happens with Jericho, its legacy will be that the way television viewers are counted will be changed forever."

Statement From RFJ:
"Much has been said lately about the current state of affairs in the Jericho fandom. We feel now is a good time to state the Radio Free Jericho opinion on the matter.
RFJ is not concerned about "competing" with other Jericho sites. We are not advocating any one site over another as "the new" rally point. People will go and stay where they feel comfortable - and that's ok.
RFJ is not interested in becoming involved in any disputes over who is or is not in control of or leading the fandom. We feel the Jericho fans have proven they are an intelligent group and they will choose for themselves who they wish to follow.
RFJ has a long standing history of working with established sites in the fandom such as http://www.jericholives.com - http://www.jerichorallypoint.com - http://www.jeritopia.com - and those relationships will continue. We will also continue to share information with the CBS forum as long as it stands.
The primary focus of RFJ is to be a good citizen in the Jericho fandom - working on keeping the spirit of Jericho alive, keeping our membership updated on current efforts to save Jericho, suggesting ideas when needed, and providing a fun and informational site for the fandom.
Stop by and visit us - we would love to see you at Radio Free Jericho!"

From JerichoNet2:
"Check in your state in the Regional Folder and provide contact information for your local papers for other rangers from your state. Be sure to include your name and city when sending them locally, they like to see that its coming from one of their actual readers. Throw a post up if you've sent it, motivate others to do the same. We stem from all over, our own local resources are very valuable to us.
Check on the National Media thread, send a Press Release with your own personal feelings. Obviously, the more letters received, the more they will take notice giving us a better chance of coverage.
Visit the NewsNet area and leave a comment to the author of the articles. Journalists/Bloggers tend to read each others work and a strong response to an article will peak their interest in the story covered."

NorsU and The Nuts
I found this blog post last night and had quite a laugh thinking about how it describes a fandom I know.
"I don't really have any keen observations about this to tell the absolute truth. I guess I just wanted to acknowledge to myself and any of the folks on my flist who may have gotten into an online verbal smackdown contest over something that has left you shaking your head at the intensity of your own nerd fury....
...don't worry, I know you're probably not crazy fer reals.
Fandom can indeed make you blackout every now and again."
It really doesn't surprise me anymore that the CBS Jericho board is in a shambles. That's why you won't find all the old Rangers there anymore. The day CBS takes it down will be a blessing.
This brings me to NorsU who is diligently working to write letters, send nuts to Nielsen, and keep everyone on the board up to date.NorsU has been one of the very best Rangers ever.
"I am going to get flamed for this... What is drawing more attention than a few nuts to Nielsen is a attempt to put down a sincere effort by Jericho fans to do what they feel is right to save Jericho. This is a large community and everyone has a voice. The negativity has done more damage at this point than a few pounds of snack food. People are going to read these post and be afraid to try anything new or not approved by self appointed leaders. If I was not dedicated to get Jericho back on the air I would have bailed by now."
NorsU you have my respect as you have stood your ground for what you belive is the right thing to do.
Check the board and see what has happened to him since he started advocating Nuts To Nielsen. Gang attack. What makes him so wrong and them so right? They demand answers from him yet, in the past, have never provided any when they were asked.
Are they jealous? Are they mad because he had a good idea and it wasn't theirs? Oh, maybe it's that Leader thing again. Perhaps they perceive him as trying to be a Leader and we all know they're not going to let that happen.
The first campaign was totally different. The Rangers had class. What a shame.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention the title of the link I posted. It's " Fandoms Can Turn Otherwise Normal Folks Into Stark Raving Crazies."
Keep it up, NorsU. Great job.

Nuts To Nielsen
Interesting reports are out about Nielsen's latest flub. Seems they've had to admit they have understated household coverage estimates, and overstated the coverage area for about 20 local TV stations which they won't name. Naturally.

Special Blog Announcement
Special announcement:
We are Margie and Edna. We have lived in Jericho, Kansas all our lives but we've decided it's time for us to branch out beyond our beloved town.
We'll still keep you informed of all the gossip-I mean the goings on here in town-but we're also going to talk about anything and everything else.
Please visit us at our new blog: Margie and Edna's Basement.
We do love having company.
Verizon is expanding their video-on-demand service and is including Jericho.
"FiOS TV customers can now enjoy some of their favorite programming from CBS, including "Big Brother 9," "Numb3rs," "CSI," "CSI Miami," "CSI New York," "Jericho," "NCIS" and "Survivor: Micronesia - Fans vs. Favorites." Some of this programming is already available in high definition."
This is good news for Jericho and CBS will be making money. Isn't that what CBS is all about?

Jericho: Approaching The Finale
Edna, our hometown just isn't the same anymore. Do you think we Rangers can keep it alive?
I truly do hope so, Margie, but I just don’t know. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the past year around here, haven’t we?
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I have given up on the CBS board. I should have done it a long time ago. There would never have been a Season 2 if we'd had all these squabbles and negativity back during Nuts.
It appears to me that there's less concern about saving Jericho than there is about egos and being right. Jericho has always come first with me and it always will.
I am firm in my belief that there will be a Season 3 but, if there isn't, I am going to enjoy the heck out of these last 2 episodes.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
"The problem is, unless you are Paris Hilton -- or even young people of somewhat lesser wealth -- there's not many of you there, much to the chagrin of TV marketers.
Fox network can lay claim to getting more 18-34 viewers than anyone -- but the vast majority are not upper-income TV viewers, those who make $75,000 or $100,000 a year.
Marketers -- like wireless phone, car, and entertainment companies -- would love to sell young people more expensive stuff.
No doubt, there are some rich kids who watch MTV, Comedy Central, or E! But even then, they might be what older, rich viewers are sometimes called: "light TV" viewers.
These are viewers who, because of their cash, wind up participating in better, non-TV activities -- all the stuff that money can buy for an entertaining good time.
In that regard, TV is good entertainment at a relatively cheap price -- attracting just the type of consumers TV advertisers increasingly don't want."

Loving Jericho: Karen
Here is how I planned to begin this post:
Hello Karen. I don't know you but I think we could get along. I love your posts at tvbythenumbers because you rise above the gloom and doom. I'm so sick of all the naysayers. People said the Nuts couldn't save Jericho yet here we are.
Thank you for your persistence. Keep up the good work.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Update:
The Internet is a big place but Karen's passion sparked something inside me so I went in search of her. Not easy. It took a few hours but I did find her and she has responded to my email so I now do know who she is.
The following are just a few of Karen's comments that caught my eye:
"No the answer is this: If one little show, Jericho, can prove the nielsen rating system is flawed, down goes the monopoly. It’s really that simple.
nielsen numbers flip flop all over
online buzz remains consistent and continues to grow.
You tell me what’s going on."
"Someone posted today on how hers was a Nielsen family but her ex-husband (now) controlled the remote, switching constantly between sports channels and she had to watch her programs at other houses. How often are Nielsen views actually controlled by one member? But it is moot. I will be told that Nielsen’s are the only measures and that’s just how it is.
BTW, the ratings dip two Tuesdays apart. Weren’t those BOTH election Tuesdays? Is that suspicious at all looking at the bounce? It seems to me *something* is affecting them other than disinterest."
Be sure to read more of Karen's comments and you'll be seeing her here on JM soon. Thank you Karen.

How Not To Promote Jericho
Time is running short for Jericho and we Rangers have promoted to the best of our abilities. Most of us have anyway. In the time we have left I wanted to mention some items that are not effective when we want to promote Jericho. If you are a new fan I hope you will benefit as well. Please avoid these:
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
1. Don't anger other fandoms (they might be a Nielsen family and would watch Jericho) by spamming their boards and making multiple posts on the same subject.
2. Don't attack other fandoms at HeyNielsen and expect them to watch Jericho in return.
3. Please don't attack Jericho's own fans. We have all worked hard and we saved Jericho as a group. If you disagree with someone at least be respectful when posting your difference of opinion.
4. Please don't bash other Jericho fan sites and characters. This is distorted thinking. The characters are not real people but the actor or actress who plays them is. You don't have to like every character and you can say that in a nice way. Bashing insults the entire Jericho cast and crew as well as your fellow fans.
5. Don't undermine promotional efforts in your own fandom just because you didn't think of an idea first.
6. Don't take credit for promotional efforts of other fandoms when you weren't responsible for them.
7. Please write legible, sensible posts. Here's an excellent blog post about "Writing In English."
8. The best way to lose potential viewers is to be confrontational, hostile, and condemn everything they say just because they disagree. Don't attack others so our ratings go even lower.
9. Don't tell people they have to do something. Asking nicely gets excellent results.
10. Don't tell people what to think because we are all different.
This post is not directed to anyone in particular. This is not the only fandom where these things occur. Let's all think before we post and remember we want people to watch Jericho.

Breaking News
Attention Rangers:
Thanks to you, Jericho is back! What an amazing job you have done so far. Now it's time to take it to the next level and CBS wants to arm you for the battle.
Each week, we will send the Rangers (and only the Rangers) a link to an exclusive clip to the upcoming episode. Only Rangers and their friends and families will be able to watch it. Feel free to send this link to everyone on your e-mail list. You are their key to seeing an exclusive clip of the show long before it airs. Let's make this thing grow!
Now here's the capper... if we get 1,000,000 hits to this website, CBS will send you a link to get the secret, alternate ending to the series! No matter what ending airs, you will be able to see the other ending.
So go nuts, again. Support Jericho and get a part of the show no one will ever see.
Here is a link to an exclusive clip from next Tuesday's episode. This link is a password protected link just for you. Below is the link with logline and password info:

Jericho: Moonves Optimistic
"CBS Corp. Chief Executive Officer Leslie Moonves predicted advertising revenue will increase this year and doesn't see signs of a recession in that market.
Moonves said in an interview today in New York that while he's concerned about the economy, he feels ``very good'' about the fundamentals of CBS's business.
CBS, owner of the most-watched U.S. television network, is among the media companies most vulnerable to a recession, because 73 percent of sales come from advertising, Merrill Lynch & Co. analyst Jessica Reif Cohen said yesterday. The network will attract advertisers, Moonves told Bloomberg Television.
``Even during harder times, the network, which is our bread and butter, still remains a very significant place where advertisers go and is almost recession-proof,'' Moonves said.
CBS declined $1.33, or 5.8 percent, to $21.55 at 12:49 p.m. in New York Stock Exchange composite trading. The stock has dropped this week amid a global sell-off of equities.
The Federal Reserve cut its benchmark interest rate by 0.75 percentage point yesterday, the most in 23 years. The S&P 500 fell to a 16-month low after the Fed's emergency reduction failed to convince investors the U.S. will avoid recession.
Morgan Stanley analyst Benjamin Swinburne reduced his estimate for advertising spending growth to 3.2 percent from 5.4 percent today, citing slowing economies.
Broadcasters have also suffered from an 11-week-old strike by TV and movie writers that forced them to air reruns."

Jericho Rewind: Copywrite Ink
"This piece would have been better served as seven posts, but since my blog is more about business communication than fandom, I felt it would best serve me to fast-track some solutions for Jericho fans and CBS with seven points and hopefully turn the largest show cancellation protest into the beginnings of a long-running series with more mileage than anyone imagined, fans included.
Those are my seven tips for saving Jericho for the long haul, which pre-assumes that the two drivers currently driving the bus will listen to reason. For the fans, it pre-assumes you can get past the “nut war” and move forward without fractioning, be more courteous in discussing which characters are most expendable (after the actors were so good to give you shout outs), and take care NOT to employ a flag that characters of Jericho would be appalled to see as a fan logo. For CBS et al, it pre-assumes you can get past being short-sighted to realize you actually have an asset with tremendous potential, capitalize on unlimited non-television spin-offs (books, film shorts, games, etc.) that touch on relevant issues today, and give the fans an immersive world that they can play with so you can focus on the show."

A Monster Fan Interview: Jeff Braverman
Who doesn't know Nutty Jeff Braverman? From Nuts To CBS to a huge fan of Jericho,Jeff has been instrumental in the fight to bring Jericho back.
Jeff remains very busy. He flew to Chicago recently to speak at the Direct Marketing Association Conference. His topic: Nuts to Jericho: The Method Behind the Madness that Brought Back a Canceled TV Show.
If Jeff can reel in new fans you can bet he will. I was able to catch up with busy Jeff for a few minutes and here's what he had to say:
1. First, I want to thank you for everything you have done for Jericho.
My pleasure! It was a blast.
2. You worked so hard sending and delivering nuts to CBS. How long did it take after the nuts stopped for you to slow down or did you?
About a week to finally return to normal and catch up on sleep!!!
3. How did you really feel the day that 10,000 pounds of nuts hit CBS in New York?
I was exuberant. Over memorial day weekend it suddenly dawned on me that we could have a massive splash and truck in 6,000 pounds on our own to accompany the 4,000 pounds with UPS. We got a late start and missed the AP photographer, which was a bummer, but we arrived alongside UPS and it was exciting to see a bunch of fans as well. Of course it was awfully stressful ensuring CBS took the peanuts without giving me too much trouble, but we worked it out without a hitch!
4. How was your trip to China?
My trip was fantastic.
5. Do they know about Jericho?
During the campaign several people from China had written to me saying how they were fans. And I of course wore the Jericho shirt at the Great Wall, so, oh, they know!!!
6. What did you think about Nina Tassler after you met her?
She seemed nice, but our interaction was short. She seemed like her head was spinning a bit as the party was about to start.
7. During the Nuts campaign the press went wild and you spoke with many of them. What was the best and worst of that experience?
The best was probably Quality Rock 99.9 KTYD - Santa Barbara, California. I was on the air twice with them, they were incredibly nice and totally supportive of us, and they were amazed at the fans. I had written on my blog about going on the air, and within 1 minute they said they received about 25 emails in support! It was incredible. A funny media anecdote is the following: I was in California at a supermarket buying food for a hike with my friend. At the checkout I asked him if he saw the National Enquirer. He then grabbed it from the shelf and I told him to turn to page 20. After seeing my photo he said, “No way dude!” Haha.
After doing the nut drop in NY, I had an interview with Fair Game on Public Radio International. They were trying to trip me up and make a mockery of our campaign, so it wasn’t that enjoyable.
8. Are you still selling Jericho items like shirts and party trays, etc.?
We are still selling some Jericho shirts and Jericho Party Snackers. The Jericho Party Mix is selling pretty briskly as well.
9. You also set up a forum for Jericho fans and it's become a popular place. Thank you for doing that too.
You bet.
10. If you had it all to do over again would you do anything differently?
Nope…I think everything went off pretty flawlessly. Well, I would have been more careful early on in the campaign and wouldn’t have smashed my head into a beam. All in, I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Jericho is coming back and Greensburg got over $20k from us!
11. Did you get to meet most of the cast when you traveled to California?
I met about 6 or 7 cast members. It was awesome.
12. What would you like to tell Jericho fans about promoting Season 2?
Hehe…Pretty simply. Watch. Tell your friends to watch. Get 10 new people hooked.
Anything you'd like to add?

Jericho: Halloween Anyone ?
The photo reminds me of somebody I know. I thought they'd enjoy it.
Many thanks to Nibbers who has come up with the idea of attaching a note to Halloween candy advertising Jericho.
So hand out candy and promote Jericho at the same time. Thanks Nibbers.
"Another thought - the Jericho Nuts campaign. (Viewers sent nuts to the President of CBS to convince her to bring save that show). This example wasn't just fueled by consumer passion - it was fueled by consumer passion translated into something more powerful that letters. The nuts helped visualize and dimensionalize their desire. (AKA it helps to be PR savvy!)"
"I suppose we're lucky that this is a "season one" DVD and not a "complete series" set. The nut campaign aimed at CBS worked, and the second season of Jericho will start in a few months. It's only going to be seven episodes long, and then they'll look at those ratings and see if it warrants more episodes."

Jericho and Nutsonline: Replay
I have had multiple anonymous postings. I have re-set the comment feature for registered users and welcome those whose comments were not allowed through to repost them.
It was brought to my attention recently that there is incorrect information going around about how Nutsonline joined the Jericho campaign. So, I found this article (there are more like it) that says, "Jericho" fan Jeff Knoll helped coordinate with Braverman to get Nuts Online to serve as a distributor. Knoll was one of the originators of the campaign, and his biggest hope is that the network pays attention."
"Jeff Knoll, a fan in Oakville, Ontario, was thinking about shipping some nuts but was worried about them getting delayed in customs. That's when he stumbled across nutsonline.com.
He started talking to Jeffrey Braverman, whose family has run the nut distribution company now called nutsonline.com for three generations."
Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. Somebody might write a book.
I found this article to be quite interesting as I've heard so many people recently asking the same question. So, CBS, do you have the answer? Why haven't you done more to promote the DVD? We've given you plenty of free marketing yet you give us what? No promotion. Are you going to bother promoting when Jericho returns? You sure did a lousy job this summer with even letting people know when Jericho might be on. And, I thought CBS did care. Not anymore.
Did You Forget Jericho? - DVD News
"The first season of Jericho hit DVD this week but you’d never know it looking around. Considering all the fuss that surrounded the series a couple of months ago, I would have expected parades, national news coverage, and a hard press by CBS that included banner ads during all of their shows, every other commercial spot, and integration into their other programming (“Hey, I know we’re always sitting around a bar and chatting but did any of you get a chance to check out season one of Jericho? It’s Legendary!). Instead, word surrounding the release is as quiet as if it really was isolated from the rest of the world."
"When I read about Jericho getting canned like many people I just didn’t care. I’d never watched it, didn’t know anyone who watched, and honestly I stopped worrying about Skeet Ulrich’s career after Chill Factor figuring he had died of embarrassment….though somehow Cuba Gooding Jr survived long enough to make Daddy Day Camp god rest his soul. The show popped up on my radar back at Comic-Con where CBS brought the cast out to promote the shows return from the TV grave. For those in the dark again: The show was killed off after the seasons cliff hanger ending…fans were understandably pissed off having given up 964 minutes of their D&D time decided to send nuts to the offices of CBS in rebellion…the nuts being a reference to the last episode…that or they learned of Nina Tassler (The CBS Pres) severe allergic to peanuts…either way I’m assuming nobody sent macadamia nuts."

To Jericho Fans: Old and New
"In the world of communication (advertising, marketing, public relations, political consultation, etc.), people, products, and companies live and die by perception every day and all the time. But, to actively live with the mistaken belief that perception is reality is fraught with peril, delusion, and consequence."
Jericho will return for a Season 2. Jericho Season 1 DVD was released. Now what? For some, the perception seems to be that we can sit back and relax and wait for Season 2. There's no more work to be done. Right?
The reality is that we are not assured a Season 3. We are not assured that Jericho won't be canceled again. We must not delude ourselves into thinking all is well.
To all those who fought during the Nuts campaign;thank you. No one person ever has or ever will save Jericho all on their own. It will take all of us! No, there is no Leader because most of us are adults and we know what we must do. There is no idea more important than another and no one person is more important than another. Believing there is a leader "is fraught with peril, delusion, and consequence."
To new fans: We need you! We need you to help us fight for Jericho. You are important!!!! Your ideas are needed!!! Help us promote Jericho. Please.
Just like in the real world you will meet fans you may not like. As I've always said, " I don't have to like you to work with you." Not liking you does not give me the right to belittle you, call you names, or besmirch your reputation. I will work with anybody who is honestly working for Jericho. I hope you will too.
Letter To Old Fans and New:
