No television show has ever impacted me the way Jericho has. Therefore, on this Finale night, I'd like to list the top 10 things Jericho has done for me:
1) Jericho has brought people into my life that I probably wouldn't have met otherwise.Some of these friends will remain long after Jericho is gone. You all know who you are and how grateful I am for all you've done for me (and Boo).
2) Jericho has taught me that the networks do not value me. I don't have a Nielsen box so they refuse to count me although they want me to buy from their sponsors.
3) Jericho has taught me about community. I've learned that a passionate group of people really can join together and change things.
4) Jericho has shown me that there are wingnuts in every campaign. Wingnuts work towards their own glory and crave recognition. The big picture, to them, is always one of themselves.
5) I've learned that every idea and opinion deserves consideration. No one idea or person is more important than another.
6) Jericho has taught me that WHO you know is not as important as what you do.
7) Jericho has taught me that CBS plays dirty pool. They are not the network that cares about their audience; they care about our money.
8) Jericho has shown me that Nielsen ratings are horribly wrong and that multi-platform viewers need to be counted.
9) Jericho has taught me that perseverance and strength can be found in the weakest moments.
10) Finally, Jericho has taught me that the world is still full of good people.

I love Jericho and my Jericho family. Some things can never be canceled.
This week the Monster Fan of the Week has temporarily been changed to Fans of the Week.
Who could have known that watching Jericho, joining in the Save Jericho campaign could bring angels into my life? It is truly overwhelming.

It's almost time for the return of Jericho. Fri. night at 9 p.m. on CBS. We all know Jericho is full of action, suspense, mystery, family and community but what's a Jericho without some love and romance? For that we have Jake, Emily, and Heather.
I've been a big fan of Jake/Emily from the beginning but some fans are just as passionate about Jake/Heather. You'll have to decide for yourself but here's some information on Emily (Ashley Scott) and Heather (Sprague Grayden).
Emily grew up in Jericho and is the daughter of Jonah Prowse (James Remar) who believes in taking advantage of every situation to better himself financially. Emily's mother is dead and her younger brother was killed in a botched robbery attempt. Interesting that Jake left town right after her brother died. See, Emily and Jake were romantically involved at one time and you'll learn more about that as you watch more episodes.
Emily is a school teacher and she and her father don't speak although he very much wants to make up with her. After Jake left town, Emily met and became engaged to Roger (Christopher Wiehl). She was planning the wedding with her best friend and soon to be Maid of Honor, Heather, when the explosion happened. Emily believes Roger to be dead. Meanwhile, Jake meets Heather,sparks fly, but I never felt he and Heather had the chemistry he and Emily had.
Heather is also a teacher and she moved to Jericho from New Bern. She can repair cars and do all sorts of things much like Jake can. Where'd she learn that? It's obvious that she wants Jake but I'm not so sure Jake has let Emily go.
Will it be Emily, Heather, or someone else? What about Roger? One thing is for sure- there is no sure thing in Jericho.
